SERVICES AVAILABLE ATI has the capability of providing a wide array of investigative services. The following is a sampling of the services which we offer: 1. Insurance Investigations: ATI has a long history and proven track record in conducting all types of insurance investigations. We have specialized abilities and expertise in the following: a) Underwriting to include both automobile and general liability. b) Motor vehicle accident claims and PIP claims. c) Vehicle theft. d) General liability including slip and falls, commercial accidents and injury claims. e) Worker’s compensation – all aspects. f) Homeowner’s claims. g) Application fraud. h) Sexual harassment/discrimination claims. 2. Background Investigations: ATI has access to a number of private databases as well as internal databases that enable us to obtain comprehensive background information. ATI regularly utilizes database information in conjunction with field investigation to obtain comprehensive background profiles on persons and businesses pursuant to client needs. There are various levels and degrees of background investigations that we will gladly tailor to suit client’s needs. a) Criminal history checks b) Business profiles c) Personal profiles d) Past and present lawsuits, judgments, liens, bankruptcies e) Asset/liability investigations f) Name and address histories g) Motor vehicle and accident histories h) News article checks 3. Business Due Diligence: Due diligence investigations are designed to reduce risk and to demonstrate reasonable precautions when entering into a business relationship involving an unknown entity. Our clients rely on us to research and obtain business background information and conduct analysis to assist them in making reasonable decisions. The types of information available through ATI resources include: a) Corporate history through the state of incorporation. b) Litigation history – civil and criminal court filings. c) Adverse filings such as bankruptcies, liens and judgments. d) Assets such as subsidiaries, real property ownership, vehicles, etc. e) Other public filings including UCC’s, taxation, SEC, professional licenses, etc. f) Any news articles relating to the business, often overlooked for information not commonly found in public agency filings. g) Third party databases such as Dun & Bradstreet and Experian Business reports. 4. Litigation Support: ATI has a long and successful history in providing litigation and trial support for our clients and their attorneys. These services are primarily performed for insurance companies and their legal staff in the defense of lawsuits and assorted litigation. Our investigators are highly adept at locating witnesses, establishing an atmosphere of cooperation and conducting interviews or taking statements. ATI personnel, as experienced law enforcement officers, are equally adept at handling and maintaining integrity over evidence. Video Surveillance: ATI has been an industry leader in the field of video surveillance.
